Altronics has a flexible process that can cost effectively handle low volume high-mix, through mid volume production manufacturing.

PROTOTYPES: We will work closely with you to quickly turn around your PCB printed circuit board prototype assemblies so that you can keep your development schedule on track. Prototype PCB assemblies requires close attention to detail. Our New Product Introduction (NPI) software systems allows us flexible  BOM import, and electronic revision control, as well as the ability to generate color visual assembly instructions. 

QUICK TURN: Five day turn around is standard for quick turns.  One to three day turns are usually available by request.

SHORT RUNS/LOW VOLUME: Our staff and our factory is short run, high mix tuned!  Our processes are designed around lean manufacturing principles, allowing for quick setups and changeovers. 

MID - HI VOLUME: Altronics is highly automated and efficiently process your volume production runs. From our high speed Mydata Synergy multi machine SMT line with Hydra high speed component placer, to our automated soldering, and computer controlled press-fit connector processes. Altronics is your partner for volume assembly.

ECO UPGRADES, REPAIR, & REWORK: We are happy to quote your requirements for repair and rework, ranging from simple etch-cuts or ECO wiring, to complex custom repairs and ECO upgrades. Support after the assembled product ships is just one more of our value added services.

RELIABILITY TESTING AND VERIFICATION: We can support your requirements for a variety of reliability testing. Altronics President Jeff Altschuler has extensive experience with the reliability testing and root cause analysis of: bare printed circuit boards (PCB), plated through hole (PTH), surface mount (SMT), and press-fit interconnects.  Jeff is well versed in destructive and non-destructive test methods.  The Altronics Team can support your requirements in-house, or manage them through one of our subcontractors.
